There management have erly satisfy while we working on some project. I always want every project in different thought processes but management wants old pipeline process. I can't give my dream quality

There is no scope for growth as half the empolyees are stakeholders in the Indian owned firm. They democratically do not approve of any good decision, and most of them are waiting for the lock in period to bail out. They work on poorly known and difficult American softwares like insight, and have tremendous internal infighting and competition from each other.
