Internal Politics, From top management to lower there is a big chain, if you are part of it you will enjoy otherwise struggle only. No work appreciation and not good work culture. Large layoffs, search online you can get it, you need to work for 12 hrs daily

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a painful sometimes.
