No worries about job security,salary cuts. work life balance is also good. As a situation demands no hikes this year.But pay was not as par as industry standards but not high.Timings are flexible.

HR policies are not good but trying there best to update.No perks only you get salary.No travel ,even it is not feasible because of less staff(100+).No Food court.

Salary growth and appraisals are good, too much work pressure.

No Work life balance, resource shortage, employees spend more time in recreation activities than work, like many other companies management politics will never let you get into management.

... good. 3. Salary compensation is good compared to other similar level companies. However, the salary structure is very uneven and heterogeneous. Even guys junior to you can have much higher salary than you.

1. There is no laid process for development. Things are haywire which consumes lot of time unnecessarily. 2. Office politics 3. In terms of learning, there is not much. Same old Java development, but the codebase is horrible, so nothing to learn from there also. 4. Job security is very poor currently. 5. Tech stack is very outdated

...e doing apart from their work. She least bothered n support you to do anything . They offer good salary to people but trust me you can't be peaceful. U will undergo mental trauma. If you say anything u will be targeted ...

There is nothing to like here . It's horrible place for HR for sure.... never ever join if they give you 100% hike also...

Internal Politics, From top management to lower there is a big chain, if you are part of it you will enjoy otherwise struggle only. No work appreciation and not good work culture. Large layoffs, search online you can get it, you need to work for 12 hrs daily
