Learning was good. Good managers and recognition of potential, but very bad paychecker in industry. no point staying for more than 2 years as market value increases.

Dislikes

Base salary compensation offered would be terrible, even appraisals wont bring you up much. No bonuses as such. Work environment is fine and culture is very bureaucratic. Work life balance is lost as you go up the ladder, a person is hired to work of two people with high expectations.

Harsh layoffs, unnecessary cost cuttings, Variable pay is a scam. 20% of your salary will be put in variable pay of which you'll get nothing stating that company didn't make enough profits.

...e doing apart from their work. She least bothered n support you to do anything . They offer good salary to people but trust me you can't be peaceful. U will undergo mental trauma. If you say anything u will be targeted ...

There is nothing to like here . It's horrible place for HR for sure.... never ever join if they give you 100% hike also...

Internal Politics, From top management to lower there is a big chain, if you are part of it you will enjoy otherwise struggle only. No work appreciation and not good work culture. Large layoffs, search online you can get it, you need to work for 12 hrs daily

...nd veey supportive.Good work environment and culture, management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
