Due to micro management there is a lot of partiality that happens, few people get permanent wfh few even in genuine scenarios cannot avail wfh, Appraisals doesn't depend on performance they depend on favouritism. They follow hire and fire policy, there is no job security. The work environment is very toxic, the HR comes up with policies in employees favour but these policies are never implemented.

There's nothing to like about this company. Specifically for this role you can reach to any guy over LinkedIn and they would happy to tell you the same about the shit culture.

... Felt like a BPO firm. Got to know it's a consulting firm now. That's hilarious. During times of COVID, the people were laid off and for other salary was halved or even lower making you quit the company. Plus the work. The US/UK timings will make you sick. No proper training was given regarding the role. There's a proper way of how to generate business from a client. Calling and disturbing them is just unnecessary. You need to understand the client needs. Also if you are able to generate the lead the CEO would directly handle the lead herself and would not let you close the business. So your only role is to find the person and call them and let Dipti Ji take over. What would learn ? - How to call ?

This organization offers an excellent platform to upskill your knowledge and expertise, as the upper management here is highly supportive. Also, the work culture of this company is a big plus, where your thoughtful ideas are not only listened but also implemented, irrespective of the designation; which provides a significant boost to the confidence level of teammates.

1. Super Micro Management like daily excel tracker sheets. 2. Lack of trust. Key an eye on your mouse movement through Trackwick software 3. Inability to listen 4. No proper pantry to have lunch 5. Culture of Gossiping behind you and lot of office politics 6. Management is not good and have unrealistic expectations 7. & more
