I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Friendly environment & flexible working hours.

Dislikes

There is poor management. Only salary is given & no other benefit (not even on Diwali). Improvement is required. There is no transparency whether an employee will be working as full-time (permanent) or contractual (based on project duration). So transparency is expected.

It is small company, it's good for freshers where they learned a lot new things. Teammates behavior are very helpful, friendly work environment, every day learn new things here, appraisal process is very slow got hike like 5-15% only
