Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Dislikes

Salary isn't received on time. Product is under development. Too many bugs in the product. High job insecurity. They don't pay f&f settlement nor your salary. I have never received a salary slip. Till I left the organisation. When I demanded they gave me a paper saying it salary slip: in reality it is just a paper written about your salary. When I told, it isn't salary slip they told ask your recruiter to call me. I will explain.you won't receive official number from company nor visiting card. I was in touch with all sales managers in pan India level it's the same story or worst.the only official relationship between you and your company is your email id
