Here our company work atmosphere is very good as well as also project is very good, teammates is cooperative and friendly, here i have learned about lot of good things like how to handle the worst situation under the work pressure. Overall is good company.

Nothing dislike about the company but sometimes feel that the career growth and salary, appraisal is not good.

There is no transpracy in salary, for same post one is getting 25000 and other is getting150000.this depends on on whose reference you joined and what is the relation with seniors. Present financial condition is very bad. Not recommend to join. Govt. has taken over management. Many CEO's and directors arrested for various financial irregularities.

The work culture and behavior of superiors. I received no salary during covid days from the month of June 2020 as my all leaves also got exhausted the last month where it proves that Job security is negligible. Never received my confirmation letter even after working for 2 years and also I took permanent transfer, so I was not convinced with the HR policy. Have to ask for salary slip to receive it.

...very less and the management seems to be biased as they operates on Zonal level. Compensation is also not good and they dont have any HR department in Zonal level

All people except some are ruled by the directors everybody in the organisation come to office every alternate day and work from 9 to 3.30 pm but some people are forced to stay in the office till 6.
