I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Hr is rude and not co operative. At the time of joining they will offer you package and next year they don't give you hike saying your package is already at market level. If you are joining in Pune location then amdocs is the client

There is no good quality to share. Everything is worst

Dislikes

Very worst work culture. Very worst politics. Managers are mannerless. Very very much work pressure. Even though there is no work or less work, managers are used to create work pressure. Pathetic and cheap micro management do by the managers. They treat employees as a slave. There's no job security. If u adjust with the dirty politics, then ur job is secure, else u would be thrown away without any intimation.

NO Work life balance.Politics. If you are from a city and want to experience a village experience ,then infrasoft is a right place for you .The managers are working there since their birth and they think that its their own company.Too much biased and No softskills they have.Ask them leave once in a year and they think you are asking them their life.
