infoVistion is very poor; they strictly enforce their rules and regulations, completely disregarding developers' work-life balance. If you don't comply, you will encounter many problems, and they keep insisting that this is the policy. accept an offer if you don't have any other options

The salary structure is competitive and they try to take care of employee benefits, but it is on a surface level

Dislikes

The business leader of the digital analytics team is someone who has no understanding of this field. He had hired someone to lead the team who is even more incompetent and they together have ruined this team, causing a lot of pain to everyone around. The so called "Business leader" and his manager's concepts are extremely dated and they both have a chronic issue of not admitting that they are wrong. If they don't understand something, which is most of the times, they would just say that this will not work. The HR surprisingly doesn't get involved and that leaves them doing what they want. They recently fired quite a few employees as they lost a business because of their mismanagement

Salary on time, good work place, easily accessible location. Good facilities, Friendly environment.

Dislikes

zero percent job security, if we are on bench then we will be out of the company in 2-3 months. This is the only major drawback as a lot of people got removed recently due to no projects.

Job security and consistent growth are key factors . If you are tech enthusiast there are a lot of opportunities.

Dislikes

There are no new projects . You have to give explanation for every move. Some projects may need you to work overtime with no compensation.

... the top performer. - kicked out without proper intimation during notice period. They preferred to earn few more bucks by getting my replacement onboard early who has 3 times more package than their employee who had work hard. - Client was not being updated with proper information timely.
