They hv nice projects.

Starting from joining they gv u designation on visa as COMPUTER PROGRAMMER.if u want to change to Computer Programmer u hv to pay 700 AED.I paid.salary is low.salary/appraisal not on time.Family company husband is an owner wife is admin Head.exit is never smooth.they took 3 months of notice instead of 1 month as per UAE Law. They didnot gv me ticket qnd 1 month paid holiday as per UAE law.Retainership allowance every month is dangerous if u leave the conpany before 2 years.they will ask huge amount on your reaignation.taking allowances is difficult process no food exp provided if travelling to abudhabi.if u travelling to abudhabi u must choose bus and submit tickets for reimbursement.no tickets no money.no advance.every resource is crying trying to change.no support for documents after leaving the job.shut ur mouth for smooth exit.sucking blood during job.cant sleep properly everyday.never join.cant suggest.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
