If you are lucky the project work will be interesting and you will get to do some meaningful work.

Dislikes

No growth in any aspect. No hikes, no promotions and bonus is never as expected. Performance evaluation will be done every 6 months but hikes and bonus will be delayed by 10-12 months. Bonus cycle is such that if you quit the job, you will loose your bonus for that year.

Bad hike, delayed promotion, HR is only namesake. They give variable in name of bonus ( which also delayed and mostly 70-90%) They just have policies to not give money to employees, like if you are on notice period they won't give the bonus payout even if you resigned after that period (for which bonus/variable is given)

...le project. This puts lot of pressure and no work life balance. Poor appraisals. Bonus and salary increments are very nominal!

Good WLB, Salary & Benefits for Lateral Hires is really great, Skill Development is Customized for Management Consulting Stream, so you feel an edge above as compared to your Infosys Tech. folks.

The Culture is still of old Infosys Days, nothing compared to leading MC firms, leaders are old school, and promotions here are even slower as compared to Infosys Technology folks, don't know why! Leaders should take this as feedback and bring in necessary changes, otherwise, the attrition will only rise.

.... I surprisingly got good package in Infosys, which is mostly unlikely for most. Salary and other stuffs depends on your boss. If you jumped from a small company to Infosys its great spend sometime there learn and make a change may be after 1-2 year, Mostly recommended for ones around 30s.

Dislikes

People from south will like ones belonging from their region. Lots of protocols to follow. I dislike most the entry and exit and checking in gates. My perspective has slightly changed from worse to better in infosys. Though its 6-7 month and i have worked here before. Lets see how the progress goes on.
