Non competitive compensation with respect to the market. Push to overwork; high performance expected but not rewarded properly. Career growth is very bleak. Visibility not available to everyone.

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

It was a great environment to learn and implement things in job. I would say traning is the best part in Infosys. Also, you have job security so don't worry on losing job so easy.

It is about the compensation and benefits. It's hard to get those. But if you have potential 5ou would be star over there...

...uch of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.
