My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

According the present situation I'm writing the review in Infosys BPM there is no growth no hike from past 2.5 years no value for hardwork just a automation is enough for a good rating and politics will be the main thing in promotion no employee skill.

Good work environment, pay is poor for people who try to grow internally. Benefits are okayish and incentives are extremely terrible way less pay than what you work for. People tend to stick to this company only for job security.

Fixible timings daily .but sometimes Saturday and Sunday to work for management.sometimes very late gone our places . salarys not grown up sometimes.

Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. The minimum ctc should increase otherwise its too difficult to survive in Bangalore.The company should think about the employees future also ,if there is no hikes for years means its not worth to work there at least the basic ctc should be more or yearly hikes company should give
