The compensation and benefits are not as per industry standard and sometimes work life balance is difficult.

Job security and work life balance is very good. Client appreciations and role readiness programs are good. Company culture is also very good

Dislikes

Salary is too much on a lower level comparing with salaries in the market for same job levels/roles. Yearly salary revisions are in single digits even though you get extraordinary ratings.

There are multiple channels to raise your voice but nobody will listen to what you have to say 6. HR business partner has forgotten their work and will tend to seek instructions from managers on what to do. 7. No matter you give 15 years to company, they will not bother when you leave. 8.They will say they have given appraisals and there is 10 days Hybrid, but reality is different. Join this company when you plan to retire and don't want to work. All the leadership is like that.

Communication to employees is very poor. Salaries are below par and more often than not promotions and salary hikes are reserved for favourites. Manager capabilities are non existent. No salary revisions have not happened in 2+ years and for those that happen it is in the lower single digits

Such a hopeless feeling I got from this company from my whole career in my life I prefer to say others think twice to join this company salary is ridiculous and job security as well
