Nothing i like at all except salary which is sometime on time.

... proper Hr and Management is full of kicked out people from different companies. Own existing people low salary, new people triple salary even on same experience. Third class Toilet and infront of sales team they are great and in front of tech team , they are great. Very bad people they are playing with future of good people. LMS and video company and not proper cyber security.Extreme work pressure sometimes and Fridays are worst days. Beware of false fake promises and dreams.

The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

...many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

Earlier job security, low sales caused low job security. Please introduce Referall bonus, we will refer good sales people. Our friends also happy and our jobs are also secured. A request to higher management. Please stop recruiting cyber sales freshers atleast it hampers our job security and promotions, as current team freely roams, discusses marriages near exit gates she even asks salary of everyone.

Used to be on time salary and less work pressure as everything used to be completely ChatGPT.

Dislikes

No growth and exposure not even bonuses. The salary was extremely low as compared to market and designation dilution as other works also to do. Market does not recognise what ever you do here as job. Maximum people are open to job and looking for job change as they are not happy. Basement stinks with so many people and no clear ventilation. We were promised about third floor but no action still so far. Temporary vision.

Nothing such as likes but yes: 1. Salary on time. 2. Good company for the freshers who want to upscale themselves (learning perspective). 3. Some of the Managers are very good.

Dislikes

Many... but company doesn't care at all. Company doesn't feel like to work on their lacking. It seems like they don't want to upgrade themselves or don't want company or employees to be skilled,succeed or transform into something so better. Company doesn't feel like that they should at least start with basics changes, but a big NO, they don't care at all. Not a proper appraisal cycle is there, it's like one should come here give his best and return he can't expect anything from the company. At least company should focus on two special factors which all other company do 1. Employee satisfaction 2. Appraisal cycle to motivate the employees, doesn't matter if they've completed a year or not. This company doesn't even wants to grow... simple answer. People here come and go they don't care at all, they just care about the favouritism. Retention is there but only for favourites. Loyal and hardworking people are not welcome.
