My soft skills have improved as well. Now I can articulate much complex topics effectively. Also, seniors and teammates are very helpful.

1. The work culture is worst interal departments like two fighting countries. 2.No appraisal,No appreciation,No benefits,No work-life balance. A lot of work pressure. A lot of stress of work,No proper training for new joiners 3. Office politics on top. 4. Unsecure job any time they can fire from job. 5 because of them i am on anxiety pills. Don’t get struck in this company

Join at your own risk. Managers are not good. Their behaviour is pathetic toxic environment in sales department no incentive they pressurize to work out of KRA also. Managers really don't want to stay new people in the company so much politics. Very bad environment.
