No job security, no growth, no opportunity to skill up, favoritism in management, bad leadership, basically its a sinking ship, avoid if possible

It is very good company comes under mid-size company salary and other things are really so good but visibility is less.

Company good they don't hire any under company pay and it's all in the in the management discretion when to hire and fire. Paying is good but job security is very much important during economic downturn.
