There is favouritism basis community, basically very racist. Opportunities are not many for growth and learning is stagnant after the first year. There is no effort from team or department heads, as well as HR to conduct trainings relevant to employees, as per the latest market trends. The place is run literally as a mafia, with power concentrated with a handful termed as the management. Decisions taken for the benefit of the company, may not be acceptable if not profitable at a personal level, with sever consequences and being repremanded in the immediate future. Performance of an employee is not considered and if not of importance. Your closeness and proximity to the head of a department or group director determines your success, along with your personal ability to act blind and agree to what is being told to you - no matter how wrong.
