Its been almost 10 years working in this company, its a great place to learn and contribute on architecture of qualcomm, intel, cavium, server chipsets, interfaces and working with customer projects as well as opensource, upstream on kernel.

Dislikes

We need to stretch working hours at sometime depending on the project schedules. But this is expected on anywhere we work and also depends on how much we show interests on deliverables or commitments.

work life balance. workforce is limited, so more work on few people, and have to extend the working hours to complete work at hand. salary/appraisals are just fine.
