There is no fixed salary, worked days will be counted for payroll calculation. Work will only be provided based on their preference and on the remaining days employees will be idle. These idle days will considered as leave and there won't be any salary even the leave is because lack of work on the company.

From my personal experience there is no negatives to point out yet. Company never fails to recognize hardworking employees and helps them to grow.

I am really satisfied with working at Infolks. But, Unfortunately, I am unhappy with some kind of barrier to a Designer's creative mind.
