Infognana offers learning opportunities and can improve our skills if we are open to learn. My manager was professional and friendly guy who wants his work done properly. We can talk with whomever we want and I talking about the people in the senior position and management level people about our concerns we have.

Dislikes

...'t provide cabs are provide any allowance for transportation for male employees. The only benefit we get other than salary is our incentives.

The best ever place to develop or built a strong career and most importantly I haven't seen such designated and non designated colleague were that polite and humble and all ears all the time and I would say only the lucky candidates gets a chance to work in Infognana

Will be doing same work. no career growth, very very low pay, no hikes even after two years. Micromanagement . Recognition will come along with heavy work load.
