...nvironment zero Development zero Skills development zero Job security zero Salary less than daily wager/labour No transport No internet reimbursement No incentive No motivation No proper weekoffs (1 weekoff ) No labour law followed here you have to work for 10 days without any weekoffs I personally worked for 11-13 days continually I don’t know how this company is exist ? And how the client has given this organisation a project I suggest all the teenagers not to join this organisation and please do not spoil your career

They handle various process but not increment salary and not any growth in company,so very poor,not implement an appraisal.

Salary is not for our qualifications very cheap payment not any implementations for our skills and knowledge.

Providing HFH if there is any health issues or other problem, what we need shift that is also they are provide, training and meeting also very best bcz they are explaining exlent way.

Fast of all salary is very less compare to work it's very Dicipoint and in a month we have 4 week off only.

it's very disaster to work with this company, i worked two years and they're not providing at least a salary slip when i want to prove my experience with another clint. in nutshell, you will realy get fkd when you want to get something from the organization's side and they won't be going to help you anyway After all they want to make me wait for more than one week for a salary slip which is my right to get it when ever i want.

Team leads are supportive and the work culture was not bad

In the job offer letter they mentioned to pay 10k + 1k(for internet allowance) but at the end what i got only 9900 without any pay slip.i asked hr about this but didn't get any response. The job was WFH but Electricity+internet connection+work for 9 to 10 hour and then what i get only 9k such an worst it was. If you are robot or a machine then approach the company, cause they don't rectify your single mistake weather you are fresher or experienced.
