Favoritism and the attitudes of the girls in the HR team make new joiners feel uncomfortable. They behave as if they have won a beauty pageant. Senior HR managers should address this issue. Overall, the company is good, but the culture can sometimes be toxic.

The thing is a lot of politics is here and people who are there in the system fir the few years have got lot of attitude so it's a lil difficult for a new person to adjust , hence these people need to learn lil grounded and helpful specially at managerial level , rest company is good

The manager of the design team is not understanding and we are treating like daily wajes worker so I am highly recommended startup company is very good for career stablish company Distroy your career
