work life balance was good (only for me),its a good organization to learn and experiment your skills and move on overlooking depressing environment.one should stay not more than 1.5 to 2 years.

...ganization,old employees have no aspiration most are very mean and cheap minded.There are lot of friction between Delhi and kolkata office colleagues,overtime pay is poor

Company management take dual stand with employees. Give work from home some employee but other employees must come to office .Recently One employee has a one year old child, work for 2.5year, give termination mail . Distance between her work location and home more 300km. Some people have stay in same location of office. They are enjoying wfh. Infodrive India or II GLOBAL IS SAME COMPANY

I never liked anything about this company The owner, Jyoti, Neha sachdeva are big fraud They can fire you any time any day They will never able to make profit of this business

good training and learning process one can see a long time stay in the company management and co team members are so supportive easy reachable staff and team members fun activities is there

company doesn't provide joining bonus or kit one should have there own wifi and laptop
