...unities. Apparently they show you way of getting things done. Else is up to you. Salary credits are also on time, until there is no big issue. Director is very supportive even if it’s employees’s personal problem.

Dislikes

Middle management and HR department needs a higher upgrade. Not supporting at all, always busy and your work is never done on time, even if you say it’s important. Nothing is important for this department. You enter this company with your choice but exit will be their choice, else your FNF amount, expierence letter, reliving letter, tax documents will be very very late unnecessarily or they might not give you.

Likes

Nothing at all. Literally, the worst place I ever worked, especially those sitting at a higher position. Talking about work culture, there are two groups, Garhwali and Bengali who constantly fight with each other for no reason. No professionalism even in managers. If you have contacts there at high positions you may think of joining or else don't even dare think of.

Dislikes

If you are too late to read this and already joined here, please leave just after you get the salary. You may afford a week salary rather than half-month because they treat you as a stranger the moment you leave and no one cares for a stranger.
