Salary issues, office hours are not intact and management expect the employee to work beyond office hours. Expectation of managmt is way too absurd.

Team leaders will not allow individual to grow up and no tech team for any technical help. Project Manager Nanjunda is a very kind person who supports and helps in every situation.

An yearly even and they provide coffee and tea free!! That's it.. I guess that any company will do.

Dislikes

No job security, No proper compensation,Politics,People working there do not mind their own business,No professionalism, workers are not insured. One of my colleagues had to pay close to 2 lakh from his own hand when he was hospitalised and the company did not provide any financial support,No transport facility,No growth, no flexibility, micro management. I don't know about the current status now. Hope it might have been improved..!!
