I recently interviewed for a developer role at Infocom and had a disappointing experience. The interview process spanned five rounds, and despite investing significant time and effort, I received no communication for over a week after the final round. When I attempted to follow up, my calls were ignored. Eventually, I received a WhatsApp message stating that they were not hiring for the position due to internal reasons. This process felt like a waste of time, and it was disheartening to learn that they had not hired anyone for the role
