No, always salary issue.... Never received your salary and convenience on time .... Some time late 2-3 month... as per only knowledge very good experience but all other Very bad experience thats why I left my previous job.

All staff work together like a family and also director A P singh is so good to talk about staff issues.

There are not any appraisal in anual and as per company engeener can't talk about increment with management. Every next financial day they talk one by one with there engeeneer and give the increment only ammount set between 500-2000. I give company 5 years but jut in 5 years I just get 5000 increment total where every yr increase 1000 only

The ICDS company is very good and all teammates are also good because when i joined the company i had fraser so they are helped and always Encourage me . and work environment is very good.

When ICDS company project is end i had changed the company on same location and same place. the new company CMS (acer) joined worked with 1year 4 months . then i decided to improve my carrier and then do the job so i resined job .
