I have been working in this company for last 20+ years. My tenure itself explains about a rare experience in this today's world. :) :) Like most of us here, I started my journey as a junior front end developer, kept getting promoted with new new opportunities and exposure to various technologies and learning is great. The stable job and peace of mind strongly helped my personal growth over the years. My family witnessed and shared the joy. Social media pictures of company events, vacations, and parties include my family photos with smiling faces from 2003 to 2023.

After working with Accenture I joined InfoBridge and my decision was right. InfoBridge gave me an opportunity to work on world class innovative product development projects using AI and IOT. This valuable experience has shaped on my career and helped me to a reach to a completely new level. Project are technically very advanced and I am working on interesting RnD part... very happy and thankful for getting opportunity to learn a lot.

There is a job stability and company never lays off hence many consider it as a government job.

-Bad management -No employee benefits policies -Boss is always right culture -My manager is not supportive, he plays -blame game... -No professional growth -No skills development -They don't have good projects to work on - don't have good work culture

i worked there for 6 years as Manger and later moved to bigger company. i m an ethical person and must tell what I am right now is because of the opportunities i had at InfoBridge. I worked on AI and complex projects of US clients. There I had leant lessons about several thankless people who enjoyed all benefits and as soon as stepping stone is no longer needed they start talking bad. Shocking observations i would like to share, never imagined that some engineers could give fake reasons to gain sympathy for early reliving like father on deathbed, getting married, flying to USA etc why cant we endorse a good human values?

many decisions are made on Human grounds than handling professionally. HR should verify the reasons mentioned by the employees to get benefitted.
