1.Culture at Infobeans is very good 2.Appraisals as per the companies standard are around 20% on average yearly which is a good option 3.Upper management is involved in major tasks 4.Approval of CEO is very high as the CEO is very involved in all the delivery teams concerns and actions

Dislikes

1.Salary Structure is very bad (you even need to pay for your own earned leaves from CTC) 2.Management would force you to switch domain internally in case you do not have work allocation (in totally different stream and domain)

Not a place for ambitious people Salary is not good Work is sub par None to a very low work life balance No innvoation going on as such

Politics done by higher level employees effects your work and compensation both, even if you are great at your work.
