... There is lot of favaoritism which highly effects the promotions and appraisals. They will keep on calling you a part of IPV family and taking advantage of you in terms of salary and over-work. One incident made me realise that there is no growth in the organisation where I got to know that my manager and the line manager doesn't know what is difference between calendar year and financial year. They will ask you to over work saying that they have family they have kids to take care of since you are unmarried and have no extra responsibilities you can work on behalf of your manager or the line manager. The official working hours are from 09:30 am to 6:00 pm but they do meetings after that, they expect you to stay in office by 8 or 8:30pm. Your manager is free to call you even after the office hours are over. Your manager will be having "n" number of leaves and work from home days but you will be restricted with an insuffiecient number of leaves and wfh days and will asked a lot of questions to get those approved. My suggestion, think twice before joining this bundle of toxicity.

Nothing to like except the smoking zone

Arrogant higher management . Sr managers and VPs of the company doesn't have any sense. They are pressuring the Associates n sr Associates to work upon the task which have been assigned to them.

Packages are good.. And you can have the option of working remotely.

Culture No Value of skills & efforts No work-life balance (Working timings are just to say, maximum people work like 12-13 hrs. everyday) Worst management Worst VPs you will ever see No learnings (They will serve your ideas to you as the idea was theirs) Appraisals are poor The founder can't shut his mouth about how great he is.
