New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

They only give the salary in the 1st week for the first 3 months of joining. After that they will give the salary when they want to give. They deduct PF amount from your salary but not credit in the PF account.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are not fair they give good salary and there are not bonus every year.

Friendly environment which helps you to overcome of work stress.. Good Hikes. Teams politics is general thing. Healthy work environment. We need to innovation by ourselves obviously. Sometimes work-life balance gets disturbed because of Deadlines. So delayed and late appraisal process quite irritating and frustrating thing about Infionic. Otherwise so good

They have money but they will not payout the salaries, like I said they are scammers and do scam they lie in a way you can't even imagine.If you don't believe all this, experience yourself 🙏.
