...s don't get approved for their leaves dispite of leave balance in their account. Never understand that even if you're on sick leave, they'll definitely cut your single-day pay or even double-day pay if they want.

Only good thing about the company is that you get salary on time.

Directors get involved in every small things of the company. No management at all. Hierarchy is never followed. No job security. No appreciation, only criticisms.

There is no incentive plan for the sales team. They just complaing every now and then about poor performance. No matter how good you perform, their expectations are unrealistically high and they are a group of hypocrites. The team leader is totally unskilled and a feels like they are the boss's spy, instead of a leader. The manager was sort of good as compared to others. HR was cooperative.

Since I joined this company I just improved my abilities. My boss recognised and appreciated it also. For me, Infinizi is a family and both the bosses are quite supportive. I love being a part of this company.

The one best thing about Infinizi is they won't let you go unless you have made a great mistake.

The work culture here is really bad. No working hours, no support. And they all want to play blame game if a mistake is seen.
