...gels No workplace safety, Verbal and Mental harassment with termination threat They don't pay salary on time. They don't pay final settlement. Only one day will be paid leave , second day will be counted as Loss Of Pay even if you have leave balance applicable even if you are full time employee They'll deduct your salary for weekend's as well, if you take leave for more than 3 days They have their own policies which is completely against Indian Labor Law HR doesn't know the policy and payroll team doesn't know how to do online banking for salary payment

There is not to like there and they even dont provide insurance and said that you pay for these year from your pocket and for next year we will pay for it.

No job security, worst work culture, pathetic management, poor company policy, salary will get on hold, will get reduced or deducted without any prior notice literally without any prior notice.

Even though I have signed a bond for one year I left the company with leaving my degree original certificate, and they have not mentioned bond amount and now when I wanted to leave a very new policy- we should pay all the amount of salary we have taken if we have crossed 7 months if below, we have to pay rest of the months left, illogical right? Salary issue is very much in this company, without prior notice they will hold the salary Or else reduce or deduct the salary, without any prior notice literally without any notice, and for the March month salary they paid me after 10 days and also didn't paid one month salary for the month April 2022. So I left the company, If you ask team leader he will say contact HR, if you ask HR they don't know, horrible whom to ask then if HR itself saying I don't know including team lead, you are lonely and literally no one to help you literally. No team support, any issue you have you have to face yourself and they will not help you nor they provide any Job-sites to help the work get done, all they need is CV's, but they will not provide any service's. Hr department is the worst department I have ever seen in "infinity quest ". They doesn't know why the salary is not credited, they doesn't know when it will credit, you ask any question literally any question Hr will say "I don't know". Really pathetic experience in that company. One of my 3 colleagues from my team left out of 11, rest are trapped and many seniors have left from the company. I suggest if you want to earn this is not a good place, if you want to gain knowledge absolutely absolutely absolutely wrong place. You will forget your own talent. I sincerely suggest not to join this company.

Nothing. No security for girls. Office timing is from 1pm - 10pm, yet no cab facility. If you are on notice period. Do not even expect your would receive the same little respect you had while working. Totally waste of time.
