Likes

Very Good for candidates who are in mid level range of experience of 2-3years. Salary is normal but work life balance very good. The managers and tech leaders are very cooperative.

...appraisal is very normal - 10% only. The ratio of variable wrt fixed is high. Also for getting the complete variable pay have to show extreme performance(5/5). For new joinee, they offer very less.

Nothing to like worst culture please be aware before joining. HR is the worst department.

The worst HR department they will literally make you cry unhealthy environment to work they ask you to perform 300% of Target literally they will take your life stil now i didn't got my relieving letter. I literally beg them

It has been observed that some long-tenured employees within the company tend to exert considerable influence and engage in political dynamics, irrespective of the newcomers' seniority. Unfortunately, instances of oversight concerning the actions of these long-standing individuals by the top management, even through HR channels, have been noted. Furthermore, there have been occasions where HR personnel have undergone multiple changes within the company due to challenges posed by individuals who appear to evade accountability and place blame on others, without contributing substantively. It is important to note that there may be a tendency to initially overlook individuals before potentially targeting them for removal over minor infractions. This practice can hinder newcomers on their path to professional growth.
