It is a place where you can learn so many things at such a first pace which no other company offers. I started as a Frontend developer and within 2-3 months was doing backend also. A great place to learn so many technologies at a fast pace. I am part of a team of high performers where learning is happening in stealth mode. The team goes out of the way to support anyone who want to learn and grow.

I think nothing as such. All you need is a willingness to learn and perform.

Looking at my progress I can see that mu skills and adaptability have improved,. This experience has boosted my growth expanded my knowledge and Improved my problem solving skills making me more versatile

Working here has been a wonderful experience for me. I have had the chances to collaborate with some talented colleagues and learn so many new things. The best things is that flexibility is given to explore our interest as well as other departments

The office space is nice. Its a wework.

Poor management and worst work culture. Currently trying to make people quit by making Saturday working ( with less projects than earlier since their business has taken a hit), so that they can avoid giving severance. Creates a false sense of urgency even when the project was not complete. They made us work on Diwali even when they didn't have the project in hand.

Company follows hiring and firing policy. Worst Work Culture. They will hire you when they have project and if project somehow gets cancelled they will fire you immediately. They will keep pushing you to work beyond working hours. You will have to take permission from the Seniors even if you are leaving after working beyond 9 hours.
