Don't go with this organisation. In offer they mentioned notice period 60 days. But in reality they release you suddenly with out any salary if they don't have any project.

Management is very very poor. They don't know how to behave with employee.

Very flexible company, good work-life balance, supportive managers and authorities, decent compensation, employee first approach

Lack of learning opportunities, limited reimbursement for upskilling certifications, work on legacy technologies, limited opportunities to grow, lack to team culture

It’s the salary package based upon clients deployment.

It’s the job security. And they don’t have much projects. They often change the rules and policy to benefit them self as company not to benefit employees.

Management were supportive and reachable for any concern and its matter for client location resource.

Dislikes

Infinite have poor facilities and hike (infact no hike) for the client location employees,they only consider client feedback to give any hike which makes the package stagnant and no growth in career.managment should really think about this
