Very good company, provides opportunity to go abroad. Have multiple projects and big clients.

Health insurance cover is low. Need to add some more compensation and benefits. Overall very good ork culture

It depends on the client you are allocated to, if you get the good client then the same work culture applies to you and vice versa. I had worked with Iron Mountain and that's good client to work with. Thanks Infinite for that great opportunity

again it depends on the client, if you are fresher then you will get more on compensation and average for experienced people.

Only positive thing is salary on time. Don't think itvthatvsalary is good here, whatever they fix for you at joining, you will get it on time. No increments thereafter. 0% hikes

No salary increments, 0% hikes tgey give saying you already have the best ctc. No worklife balance .

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period.

There are many things mainly, salary, work life balance, culture, management purely depends on process. I have been working in infinite from past 1 and half year, it been very challenging every day and there is no proper cafeteria too.
