Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period.

There are many things mainly, salary, work life balance, culture, management purely depends on process. I have been working in infinite from past 1 and half year, it been very challenging every day and there is no proper cafeteria too.

Very few things are there to be like --Salary on time, meeting with management on regular basis.

They want the employees who will obey him at any cost, they don't want to listen NO, small companies culture......

No Job security No work life balance No appreciation for good work Emotion less senior team members No work life balance No skill development Shifts are rotational,but never get morning shift Can't provide cab after 30kms ,they drop middle of the road even at night if you are boy but no limits for girls,no rule for girls Rule can change if you are favourite or chamcha
