Don't go with this organisation. In offer they mentioned notice period 60 days. But in reality they release you suddenly with out any salary if they don't have any project.

They really deduct ur fnf salry only one month they will pay. If u met accident or sick for 45days then u will sent out from company. No kindness. The worst IT company I saw in 6yrs past carrer

Lack of learning opportunities, limited reimbursement for upskilling certifications, work on legacy technologies, limited opportunities to grow, lack to team culture

It’s the job security. And they don’t have much projects. They often change the rules and policy to benefit them self as company not to benefit employees.
