Lot of growth in future for company as well as employees as AI rising and optical network business continue to rise. Acquired by Nokia so both organization combined become market leader in optical industry.

Technologies, Learning and development. Most of the times , we have to work on monotonous tasks. They don't allow us to work in different teams. Benefits are less. No awards and recognitions

Very nice working Culture .Very Good Compensation,Best among the competitors.People working here as Principal engg and above are very knowledgeable .So very good learning for people with less experience.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike .But one thing is sometimes people in higher management are not clear abt future goals and objective which leave people in lower levels cluless about company future and self future goals.

It is a great place to work in. Wonderful bunch of friendly people and seniors who feel like friends.

The projects that I worked in got scraped. So I didn’t get a chance to work on the full development cycle.
