As the organisation has a couple of cloud based software Solutions/ Products, it has a vision and target for the next 2 years, 5 years and 10 years. So, employees get some growth with that of the products and never have the feeling that they don't have work to do/ job security in the organization.

Appraisal and salary structure should be at least close to the market rate. Now it is well behind the market rate and Individual Capability is not being awarded . Due to this the employees are unwilling to stay back beyond a couple of years and their resignation is affecting the Product growth rate.

Perfect for freshers. They have a liberal hiring policy. They give people chance to prove themselves. When I joined, it had been already 2 years since I graduated, having no experience at all - they gave me the opportunity to be a part of them. I am grateful for that. I'm currently doing front-end testing and some development. Great place for learning. The team is amazing, Every one of them is very supportive. There is no politics. Team Manager is excellent. She is very encouraging and professional. There is so much potential in my team. In two months, I have already gained the practical experience on HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and a little bit of JS. Work-environment is healthy and positive. Zero Toxicity. High tolerance and diversity. Really proud of my company on this regards. Job security is really good. If you are sincere, smart-worker and diligent, you don't have to worry about anything. Even if you struggle, the entire team will support you. You just have to have the courage to ask, learn and not be afraid of failures. Having a positive mindset really helps. HR policies and management can improve. They are okay but has a lot of room for improvement. That said, I haven't faced any major issues. Be sincere and you don't have to worry about anything. Everyone is very helpful.

Salary will be an issue. At first I was happy. But when you gain experience, you soon realize that you deserve more than what you are paid. It's not a deal breaker, but a better compensation policy can definitely motivate the employees. Also we receive our pay on the 10th. This is personally a big issue for me. I can't speak for other employees and their salary-receiving date, but my team is paid on the 10th. For freshers, leave policy is not good at all. Only 3 (or 6, I can't exactly remember) paid leaves are given annually. After 1 year of being a fresher, it gets bumped up to 12. I feel the company should increase no. of paid leaves for freshers. Work-life balance is bad. You have full days of work from Mon-Fri, and half-day on Saturday. You have to work minimum of 45 hours throughout a week. They should scrap this Saturday-half-day-policy and go with the popular alternate-Saturday-full-day-work policy. I struggle to find time for myself and weekends absolutely fly past. You may face burn-outs due to the exhaustive work routine. Only one day off-Sunday. Too early to talk about appraisals, career growth.

You will get platform to learn and apply your skill sets. It's all about self learning, no one will guide you or train you. Overall it's a below average company.
