Salary on time is the only thing anyone can like.

Dislikes

Worst management with no vision at all, No aim to grow after the CTO resigned, No new opportunities, So many favors to some selected people, No SDLC, Very Arrogant Manager and a TL in QA. No job security, No work-life balance, Worst HR policies, No WFH at all. More strict than Jail. This is the Worst company to work for: no Satisfaction, no Appreciation, and so much Politics.

Getting salary on time and working hours like government.

Pathetic people working here, mgmt people know each other since long and there is no change in thought process, no one is even talking about new technology, implementation is far away.once they realise you have good knowledge they will start keeping you aside from discussion and work. There is no scope for improvement. Old employee having opportunity to grow (they are doing all chatugiri) even they don't have any knowledge and new employee be like fool.

This is a payment getaway company. The project i was working in was core project of the company so I got to know a lot about payment domain. This is the only good part.

Dislikes

...ncrement in this period. Take advantage of bond and made people work like slave. New hired people were getting a lot more salary than the working seniors in the company because of this bond thing. Senior Management people had a lack of knowledge.

It is better not to join such (lala) companies, better join start ups as one can learn multiple things

There is nothing good to be liked about, you will get your salary on time, mentioning this as good because lala's dosen't pay their employees on time
