Flexible timings. We have to complete 9 hours between 9 am to & 7 pm. All seniors are very supportive. There is some fun activity arrange by HR on weekend. Very good place to work and grow.

Dislikes

6 days working Monday to Saturday. Working time is at least 9 hours. As per MD sir, salary should be released by 1st of every month but salary come around 7th or 8th of every month.

...edge as she working as an executive director. Unfortunately I was reporting her. She have resigned many times from Inext but there's MD always get back her in organization with a salary hike and other benefits ;)

Worst upper management, Poor HR policies. No salary on time. You would be asked to complete 9 hours in a day and would be expected to work after and even on weekends. Upper Management used to torture a lot. They humiliated on each. No job security, they can fire you whenever they wish without information and Full n Final. I've filed a case on this company for my Full n Final, termination policy and fake FIR threats as given by MD.
