job security is less as there is too much politics & inclination towards people who speak certain non local language. Company growth is very slow, so appraisal are purely dependent on company performance Managers do not value inidividual contributors & are always focused on uplifitng their favorite employees irrespective of their performance No work from home options which is quite sad

Likes

As a fresher working in this company is like a heaven. U will get to work on lots of technologies where u will get to learn on many new things. The help from teammates and the colleagues will be ready to help. There is no onsite opportunity very much. They use cutting edge technologies from Microsoft. But overall a great platform to work. HR team will help us in terms of every possibility.

Dislikes

The management team and the politics are too much. There is no onsite opportunity. The work pressure would totally disturb your work like balance. There is no work from home option. They won't accept leaves and even they do. The leaves will be cancelled without any notice to the employee. Team outing from office will happen once a year - rarely.

Likes

InEight has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Nice building and all necessary equipments and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangements.
