micro management, very poor management, they didn't have the right hierarchy for the technical one or non technical one, if you do 1min less in 9hr they deduct half leave, there are too many negative point do not choose this company

They just organise parties and fun activities in order to manipulate the employees for work.

Full of politics Every project takes year to complete no active action on it Management is poor Illogical layoffs No proper mentoring from manager Full of bias Only focused on equity projects than then diversify into fixed income funds and hedge funds operations.

Worst strategy for any project, they keep doing 1 project for whole year with different approaches and at the end of year no results There is nothing permanent, today you might be working with team a next day you can be shifted to team b Compliance team is horrible, I have not heard and seen such compliance function accross the world. Chief compliance officer is really mad, does not have any subject matter expertise. What ever asked to him, he will never give clear and concise answer.

1. Compansation is very less than the industry standard. 2. Appraisal revision is 5% only and doesn't consider the extra efforts you have put. 3.Office timming is 9am-6pm Mon-Fri but have to be available and work for all d days. 4.No internet service provide by company for work from home in the COVID-19 pandemic. 5.Sometimes HR offered cab fees reimbursement to work from office in pandemic but have to chase for reimbursement to concern department.

Some people in compliance team behave very poorly and even harass women in the office. Their compliance policies are terrible!!! Some people in the office have been with the company for 4 to 6 years , but they lack knowledge and now they are manager. Its very sad they are micromanaging things.
