Good to start career as a design engineer can get all the benefits but for freshers embedded course in designing is must for entry without proper college background.....overall new things learning each and every day in Indus TEQSITE while you are passionate in core field

it was very nice place to work.you can Leann lot of hardware designing skill in electronics field.People there are so cooperative and they have very friendly nature

hr policies and salary..They give you a very less salary less than a peon but you can develop your skill.and you can get the benefit of these after three year.if any people who have less patience ,they can't work there.

You are on your own, which throws so many challenges at you. Frankly speaking, if you compare this company with others, there is nothing much to like.

Dislikes

No trainings, you are on your own. You have to struggle and learn. Don't expect a hike or work life balance. You have to work 12-16 hours per day including weekends. Management is not open at all for inputs from employees, infact nobody asks for suggestions. You can't take breaks when you want. All managers are expert at micromanagement and no wonder the tech leads adopt and follow the same. HRs do their best at moral policing, which is very annoying.

You can learn faster as a fresher. Will get opportunities working directly with customer and as a fresher it is a good experience.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible, management wanted robots works 24x7. All Saturdays are working. Management attitude towards the employees are pretty bad.
