This company have nobody to take care of employees, nobody will pick call after joining.no help, no answers nothing.management should consider the issues and listen to employees sometimes

Very bad experience from Induspect. The manager lalitha is very cheap, she doesn't even give our salary. She tries maximum to eat our hard earned money. She implement new rules every day for stealing salary. She make us beg for our own salary. Please inform her that begger have more dignity than a thief like you. Everyone in this company is just staying for getting pending salary. The hr managers hiral, himani and dhwani are specialy trained for lying at any situation. Do not ever trust any word they are saying. There is no way to contact them because they will never reply your mails nor answer your calls. If they answer out of luck, they are very rude and unprofessional. They will steal whatever gifts or bonus given by clientside. Very unprofessional behavior. We are working more than 12 hrs and promised OT have also been stolen by lalitha and induspect

I am giving you the honest review here... Think Twice before Joining...Not a healthy work Environment and worst leadership and toxic work culture. Disappointing work experience working here. The Management is the worst thing here, they just care is how much profit they can gain from you and they pay you the minimum possible. They don't value employees efforts. The leadership lacks a clear vision, and there is no structured system in place to ensure smooth operations. Work-life balance is non-existence as employees are expected to be available at all times. There is no regards for personal boundaries, and they even question your leaves and make sure you work even on leaves they will call you again and again to make you work even if you are in some personal space. Many employees feels exploited and lack of Job security is alarming. They don't care for Employee well being. If you are considering joining, I strongly advise that It's better to wait for some other opportunity than to join here. You must not compromise your career growth and mental well being so don't work here. They have no understanding of how to run a business, they are just worst. The HR department is just Puppet and do what the leadership informs to do, everything here is driven by Exploitation rather than growth. Stay away and save yourself from the terrible experience.

Nobody staff is helping at actual....in there offer letter one month notice period...but released us with 12 days considering... very worst....no giving experience letter to 6 months less job....very disappointed.
