At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

...nonuse at all...you have to recruit staff...suddenly all policies will change...they ensure u don't get bonus or rating if u do not complete amfi or irda...all these r communicated at last minute...no support n extended targets too which u can never achieve..

Not recommending for work. Appraisal is too poor. Not value the efforts of employees gave standard rating and poor rating who had survived for 1 year. Training and Q and A session is good. Every Monday training conducted
